PivotStor TL2000 2U LTO Tape Library is ideal for businesses or departments that need dependable data protection and reliable data retention in an easy-to-use backup/archive solution. The TL2000 product family is designed with the flexibility of LTO Ultrium drive format and interface support to fit the customer's need, and the ability to easily increase their backup capabilities and data throughput by purchasing a second LTO-3HH drive or by upgrading to an LTO-4 FH (FC or SCSI LVD) or LTO-4HH (SAS) drive and doubling their capacity. And the PivotStor TL2000 is an easy out-of-the-box experience. Tape cartridges can be very easily inserted, or removed, through the mailslot without removing the entire left-side 12-slot tape cartridge magazine.

problem; this could result in a unit failure condition lasting as long as four days. BasiCare support upgrades are available
for next-business-day (NBD) on-site response to manage any hardware issues that might arise. Customers within our
150-mile service area are also eligible for EsstialCare coverage for even faster standard day response and RapidCare
support in Zone 1(75 mi from service center) after standard business hours. Three(3) year service plans are also available

TL7000 Upgrade /Add-on tape drives warranty is based on the existing PivotStor AP Series Tape Library warranty into
which they are installed. In most cases, a single installation charge or "trip charge" applies regardless of the type of
add-on or upgrade being performed. This includes adding drives, features, options, slot capacity upgrades, etc. that are
installed in the unit after the initial library installation. The field add-on/upgrade charge includes all work that can be
performed at a single site (one or more buildings within a five-minute walk on the same physical campus or business park)
within four on-site hours. Hours in excess of four are charged at an additional hourly (or part thereof) rate.
