Hardware Installation
Unless otherwise noted, charges apply on
a per unit basis. Installations are performed
during normal
business hours. Rates for after-hours, weekend,
and holiday installation or professional
services are
charged an additional 50% of the standard
rate. Installations be performed by ADIC
or an ADIC
authorized service provider. It is a mandatory
requirement that Scalar 1000, Scalar i2000,
Scalar 10K,
and Pathlight VX installation (and possible
future relocations) must be facilitated
by either an ADIC
Customer Engineer, approved Third Party
Maintainer, or qualified Service Partner.
